Gourmet food tasting experience: ‘Special Canapés’

Attendees will be treated to a complimentary tasting experience of mouth-watering canapés created by Cinnamon Kitchen‘s Executive Chef, Raju Ramachandran, utilising herbs grown in Devonshire Square’s urban farm. The assorted selection created by the award-winning chef includes shrimp with red chard, sweet potato and basil cake with smoked tomato chutney, thyme-flavoured chicken tikka with coriander chutney, and Indo-Chinese stir-fried chilli paneer in gem lettuce.
