Introducing The Orangery Farm
The Orangery Farm is one of the world’s first indoor hydroponic farms integrated into a commercial building. Managed by Square Mile Farms, it uses hydroponic and vertical farming techniques to grow plants without soil, using nutrient-rich water and specialised LED lighting. The farm supplies The Orangery Restaurant with a large portion of its fresh produce, helping to reduce the need for external sourcing.
